In the talk held yesterday at the @utncostarica , in addition to reflecting on scientific tourism in Costa Rica, the international project MEXECO – Euro-MexiCoR Hub on ecotourism for the development of rural communities was presented.
Attendees learned about its main products: the creation of an ecotourism hub, a free 8-module MOOC, the implementation of rural workshops, and the development of a serious game about ecotourism. They were also invited to participate in the initiative by registering at the hub.
This initiative strengthens sustainable development, local capacities, and international collaboration from UTN.
